You can start your day with delicious coffee. A filter coffee machine is available for this purpose. Thanks to the proximity to the Hornbahn, you can be the first on the mountain in the morning, whether on skis in winter or for a sunrise breakfast in summer. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has a comfortable king-size bed as well as a sofa bed measuring 140x200cm, a 43" smart TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with hotplates, fridge, freezer, oven and everything you need. The small bathroom has a barrier-free shower with a glass shower enclosure. Of course, we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials (soap, toilet paper). In the kitchen-living room you can watch the mountain weather on the TV while having breakfast so you can plan your day ideally. From the bedroom you have a perfect view of the surrounding mountain landscape through the two large windows. The bedroom and the kitchen have access to the large balcony, where there is seating available for you. The location of the apartment is also ideal: You can go for walks along the Kitzbüheler Ache, start right on your doorstep with a hike up the Kitzbüheler Horn, walk to the city center or to the main train station. There is a laundry room in the basement of the building with washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a fee. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Feel like home!
