Between Lake Wörthersee and Lake Klopein, Grafenstein is idyllically embedded in nature. The holiday apartment is located directly at the Melcherhof, a sanctuary for farm animals. Lots of greenery and forest surround the property. In just a few minutes you can reach the capital of Carinthia, Klagenfurt.
You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee on the terrace overlooking the garden and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this bungalow. The apartment has a spacious dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people.In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed with a 50 inch Smart TV, which is still being set up and installed.The two bedrooms each have a double bed (180x200cm) and enough shelves for your clothes and luggage. The theme of “DONKEY” runs through the entire apartment. At the Melcherhof, the two donkey ladies Fiona and Sunshine live together in the herd of horses and feel very comfortable there. There are two bathrooms: one has a bathtub and a sink with a base cabinet. The other has a shower, toilet and sink.Of course we provide fresh towels and all important things such as shower gel and shampoo.Other things to note
