Long-Term Stays Allowed
Whether you're planning an extended vacation or seeking a temporary home away from home, offering the perfect blend of comfort and flexibility for your extended stay needs.
When booking, 30% of the total cost must be paid as a deposit. This amount must be paid within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, the total cost must be paid immediately.
The following payment options are available: bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
If payment is not made within the specified deadlines, the booking will be forfeited, and any deposit paid will be retained.
If you need to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:
Up to 30 days before arrival: You will receive a 100% refund of the deposit. The cancellation must be made in writing via email. The refund will be processed within 14 days after the cancellation.
Within 30 days of arrival: The deposit will be retained and not refunded.

NA-Home Kitzbühel: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
NA-Home Melcherhof: Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
On request, we can check the possibility of a paid early check-in or very early check-in. There is also an option for a paid late check-out, provided it can be arranged with the apartment cleaning schedule and the subsequent guests.

Dogs are not just allowed; they are warmly welcomed as part of the family! Depending on the apartment, you can bring up to three dogs. Please clarify this with us in advance.
The cost per dog is 20 euros to cover the additional cleaning expenses.
We kindly ask for your understanding that liability insurance for your dog is mandatory to cover any potential damages to the apartment or its furnishings after departure.
Yes, absolutely! Children are more than welcome. Our apartments are ideal for families and offer plenty of space for playing and relaxing.
On request, we are happy to provide a baby cot and a high chair. In addition, you will find board games and toys in the apartments, ensuring fun and entertainment for the whole family. The surrounding area also offers many child-friendly attractions and leisure activities that will make your holiday unforgettable.

Our house rules are designed to provide all guests with a pleasant and relaxed stay:
Smoking and Noise: Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted. A fee of 250 euros plus additional costs for special cleaning will be charged for violations of the smoking ban.
Photography and Illegal Activities: Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Number of Guests: The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. We charge 30 euros per night for each unauthorized guest.
Keys: Guests are responsible for lost keys and the cost of their replacement.
Noise Monitoring: Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.
Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss in the premises and must report it to our customer service.
Compliance: By booking, guests agree to the house rules. Violations can result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
We kindly ask all guests to observe these rules to ensure a smooth stay for everyone.
