Check-in and Check-out

NA-Home Kitzbühel: Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
NA-Home Melcherhof: Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Guests are liable for any costs arising from delays. Please inform us in advance if you require early or late check-in/check-out.

Payment Terms:

A 30% deposit is due within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance is payable 30 days before arrival.

For short-term bookings (within 30 days of arrival), the full amount is payable immediately.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card.

If payment deadlines are not met, the booking will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

Behavior in the Apartment:

Smoking, parties, noise: Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted. Violations of the non-smoking policy will result in a € 250,- fine plus special cleaning costs.

Commercial photography/video production: Not allowed without written permission. Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Numero di ospiti:

The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the reservation.
Unauthorized guests will be charged € 30,- per night.

Pets:

Dogs: A fee of € 20 per dog per stay applies. Additional cleaning costs may be charged.
Dogs must not be left alone in the apartment and are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Leash policy: Dogs must be kept on a leash on the property. Waste must be disposed of properly.

Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the Kaiser Loft and Hornbichl apartments.
If a dog is brought to one of these units, check-in cannot be granted. We kindly ask for your understanding to ensure a smooth stay for all guests.

Liability and Damages:

Lost keys: Guests are liable for lost keys.
Damages: Guests are liable for any damage caused and must report it immediately.

House Rules Compliance:

A confirmed reservation implies full agreement to our house rules.
Violations may result in cancellation without refund.

Noise monitoring: Devices to monitor volume levels may be installed.

Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: 90% of the deposit will be refunded
• Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Late arrivals or early departures do not qualify for refunds.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect against unexpected costs – for example, from the European Travel Insurance company:
